Created in 2004 from the merger of Epars & Devaud SA and Mantilleri & Schwarz SA, the company works on ambitious, strategic projects in French-speaking Switzerland.

How does infologo manage EDMS IT outsourcing ?
It was in June 2022 that EDMS became an Infologo enterprise customer with the implementation of email migration to Microsoft 365 and the resumption of infrastructure management as is, while making incremental improvements.
In September 2022, a managed services contract was set up for the complete management of the company’s IT services with its 44 employees.
The new infrastructure was completed in early 2024.
To ensure a smooth transition from the old to the new IT operation, Infologo and EDMS agreed to set up on-site assistance every day for the first 3 weeks, with Infologo technician Achraf Dahi providing support.

Since then, Infologo has implemented a number of actions and projects to ensure that EDMS’s IT infrastructure is operating on a solid footing.
- Takeover of IT infrastructure from former IT staff (passwords, etc.)
- Implementation of a project to overhaul the network and server infrastructure: the servers were replaced during 2023.
- Refurbishment of computer room (including refurbishment of rack cabling)
- Replacement of an old timesheet application by a new project management application developed with Power Apps by Infologo.
- Project to gradually replace aging computers.
Infologo guided and advised the EDMS teams in this process, guiding them towards high-performance machines adapted to their daily needs.
In 2 years, 20 machines out of a total of over 40 have been replaced. - 1 on-site support call per month (½ day) by 1 technician, very useful for users to make their (non-urgent) requests such as software installations and updates, or for requests that cannot be carried out remotely.
