Microsoft has announced a major upgrade to its Microsoft 365 suites, effective July 1, 2026. This update affects almost all business licenses, and comes with new security, AI and productivity features.

How to prepare your company?

1. Check renewal date
Start by checking whether your renewal is due before July 1ᵉʳ, 2026, in which case you can still benefit from the current rates until the next renewal.

2. Evaluate your license needs
This is the ideal time to review your license portfolio: do you have any unused licenses? Could some users be upgraded to a more suitable license?

3. Consider Business Premium
With no price increase and advanced security features (Defender, Intune), Microsoft 365 Business Premium becomes even more attractive to SMBs.
