Our customer, a property management company, was moving into new premises and wanted to take advantage of this event to change their telephony infrastructure.
With the end of analog telephony approaching, it was obvious for them to begin the transition by opting for a solution that would enable them to make calls from a conventional physical device as well as from a computer.
One of their basic requirements was to be able to record calls received and made by wireless phones, wherever the caller was in the building. The project is based around 5 soft consoles for receptionists, who can then transfer calls to a softphone, DECT phone or cell phone.
This is a very interesting solution, as it reduces the cost of international calls.
To meet this customer’s needs, Infologo is working with Avaya , a manufacturer whose know-how enables it to offer installations covering all the customer’s requirements.
