MODE Managed by controller
When managed by Aruba controllers, the 100 Series offers centralized configuration, data encryption, policy enforcement and network services, as well as distributed and centralized traffic forwarding.
ARUBA INSTANT MODE ™
In Aruba Instant mode, a single AP is dynamically elected as “Virtual Controller” and automatically distributes the WLAN network configuration to other Aruba APs.
Simply power up AP Instant, configure it and plug it in.
The other access points will then be configured automatically.
The whole process takes around five minutes.
