The need: to engage employees worldwide
Soleil Digital is a web marketing and SEO agency with teams spread over several sites around the world.
The employees, who all work remotely, are used to working with non-integrated tools.
Skype, landline, mobile phone….
It was time to take back control.
The solution: Wildix, unified communications solution
To bring coherence back to its communications tools, Infologo has set up a Wildix telephone exchange which integrates all the communications tools used previously (voice, chat, video…), but fortunately in a single tool.

A “new generation” telephone exchange capable of delivering all services is all well and good.
Being able to provide modern tools to employees is better.
What’s the modern tool that’s on all our devices (laptops, mobiles, etc.)?
The web browser, of course.
Thanks to the WebRTC technology built into recent browsers, it’s now possible to do without a desktop phone.
The browser offers the usual telephone tools (incoming and outgoing calls, etc.), but also additional tools such as presence, chat, video, etc.
Our technological response in detail
As the agency was only two years old at the time of Infologo’s intervention, we were fortunate enough to be starting with an (almost) blank sheet of paper.
Soleil Digital had not yet invested in its telephone infrastructure.
How fortunate for our teams.
However, Infologo was not completely spared the constraints of taking over an “existing” system.
Indeed, with staff who had been immersed in the web for years, the main obstacle to change was the regular use of Skype.
The chosen solution had to be able to compete, in terms of ease of use and ergonomics, with a free tool used daily by the agency’s teams.
And what’s more, free software.
Quite a challenge, isn’t it?
But there’s no stopping an Infologo account manager.
What we implemented Wildix, with its strong, browser-based VoIP unified communications approach, was a very credible alternative to meet its needs.
Shared directory, calling, texting, videoconferencing, presence status, geolocation, faxing, are just some of the features offered by Wildix unified communication….
And all from a browser.
By giving employees back their freedom (no more landline telephones on their desks), why not go a step further and “liberate” company premises too?
For example, Infologo recommended hosting the Wildix PBX in an Infologo data center. For total mobility: iOS and Android mobile app For mobility in the field, the browser is complemented by Wildix Mobility.
This application guarantees the continuity of corporate communications, regardless of location.
Thanks to advanced Mobility telephony functionalities (voicemail, call transfer, device management…), users can choose to be reachable, where, when and with the connected equipment of their choice.
But not at the cost of intruding on the privacy of branch staff: the time slots for availability, associated with the user’s business line, are also transferred to all the user’s equipment.
