Since Microsoft announced the availability of Copilot to companies of all sizes, we at Infologo have also been keen to test the use of the tool.
For several weeks now, Pierre Aussel, one of our technicians, has been hard at work.
In this article, we’d like to tell you more about our first impressions of using the Copilot tool for Microsoft 365, its benefits in terms of productivity, the practical points of improvement we’d suggest and, finally, the different ways it can be used.
The benefits of Copilot for Microsoft 365
Following our initial tests, we’ve already seen the first benefits for Microsoft 365 users.
Copilot is an intelligent assistant that :
- can help with a variety of tasks,
- saves you time,
- helps you improve the quality of your content,
- allows you to stimulate your creativity.
After all, these key benefits were the promises made by Microsoft 365 when it launched its Copilot tool, and we can confirm them.
Improvement points for the Copilot suite for Microsoft 365
One thing’s for sure: Copilot is a true assistant to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
This means that companies need to prepare carefully before technical implementation.

It should also be noted that data access must be audited, and duplicates and old versions of documents eliminated, to ensure that the results are as accurate as possible.
In our opinion, Copilot isn’t Chat GPT, it’s your AI assistant to Microsoft 365.
Regular users may be a little disappointed at first.
The user must therefore ensure that Copilot prompts are as precise as possible.
This means “losing time” in the instructions to gain precision later on.
Today, the Excel version is being pre-released.
It is very limited.
We’ll have to wait a few more months before we have access to the definitive version.
