During this exceptional period, Infologo adapts and organizes itself to meet the demands of the situation.
Since the beginning of this health crisis, we have been in great demand from our customers to set up teleworking tools.
We make sure that we are always available to help you.
Our objectives
- Keeping Infologo staff healthy and available to help you
- We are the first users of the cloud: if necessary, 100% of the Infologo team could work from home.
- To spread the risk, we separate the teams: most work from home, some work in the office.
- Meeting our contractual commitments
- We will carry out all the assistance services provided for in our contracts.
Most will be carried out remotely. - Technical support remains open during normal business hours.
- We will carry out all the assistance services provided for in our contracts.
On-site interventions
The situation obliges us to intervene on site as little as possible.
We are going to give priority to remote interventions (TeamViewer).
However, our staff will continue to visit sites in the event of extreme emergencies (e.g. production stoppage).
Ordering and delivery of equipment
We continue to order and deliver equipment.
Please note that some equipment is almost out of stock (e.g. laptops).
Impacts on project schedules
The priority is to set up your teleworking tools.
The organization of certain projects may be impacted.
When this is the case, the project manager will inform you.
Teleworking – Possible implementations
If your employees do not yet have a teleworking solution, here are some possible scenarios (from easiest to least easy):
- You’re already in the Microsoft O365 cloud
- You have a VPN-compatible firewall
- You have a Synology NAS
Don’t have any of these?
If you need a more detailed analysis, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The entire Infologo team remains mobilized.
Take heart in these troubled times.
