At Infologo, we’ve been testing a new feature for a few weeks now, enabling our customers to book an appointment directly online with an Infologo support agent via a web interface.
This service is similar to the experience you have with Onedoc or Doctolib, except that here you won’t be put in touch with a doctor or physiotherapist… but with an Infologo technician.
While it seems unlikely that solving your computer problem will bring you the same relaxation as a visit to your physiotherapist, we hope that this tool will contribute to an improved experience with our support.
How does it work?
The Infologo Help Desk agent can send an e-mail to the user with a link to make an appointment.
This link leads to a web portal and will show the user the available time slots to make an appointment with the agent.
Selecting a time slot and filling in the form will create an appointment for the agent with the user. This appointment will also be
