Office 365 data is now hosted in Switzerland.
From now on, the geographical region “Switzerland” is available for Office 365 customers.
Data localization in Switzerland is available for the following applications: Exchange Online messaging, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
Default settings for Swiss data centers
New customers will be automatically activated in Swiss data centers.
Subscription prices remain unchanged.
Would you like to migrate your tenant O365 to Switzerland?
All existing customers will eventually be migrated by Microsoft to data centers in Switzerland.
If an SME that is already an O365 customer would like Microsoft to commit to the migration of its core data, there is a migration program for which the customer must opt-in.
