The recognized quality of Synology NAS (secure networked hard disk enclosures) and their ease of use convinced us.
We work mainly with the RS212 and RS812+ range.
They fit perfectly into a 19″ rack thanks to sliding rails.
Storage capacity is variable, depending on the disks we integrate, and if storage capacity approaches its limit, it can easily be extended with the Synology RX410 expansion box: up to 32TB!
These can be used to store backups of our customers’ files, while retaining a historical record.
Coupled with CA ARCserve D2D software, customers can recover files directly from a backup made xx days ago.
This technology is known as “granular restoration”.
In short, Synology NAS are the perfect answer to our customers’ local and/or remote data backup needs.

For NAS backup solutions with outsourced replication, we offer 2 NAS :
- The first NAS is installed at the customer’s premises and receives backups of CA ARCserve® D2D software.
- The second NAS is installed in a datacenter and receives a backup copy from the local NAS via the Rsync communication protocol.
