Introducing a new web application, enhanced clic2call, landline and smartphone control, users can manage their incoming calls, transfer calls and turn a simple call into a conference call with a single click.
The web application features a modern user interface, optimized for open standard browsers such as Chrome and Firefox.
V15.5 also continues to build on 3CX’s “Deploy Anywhere” strategy.
This PBX can now be easily deployed on MiniPC devices from leading brands such as Intel, Zotac, Shuttle and Gigabyte.
By enabling the use of devices available worldwide, with local service and at a much lower price than proprietary PBX devices, 3CX V15.5 is ideal for small, serverless offices.
In the cloud, 3CX now supports more hosts, including 1&1 (Europe’s largest), and can be deployed using 3CX’s popular PBX Express tool, meaning organizations can own a complete UC system with minimum effort.
Integrated web conferencing
The web application integrates videoconferencing.
Users can easily launch a web conference directly from the application, without downloading additional plug-ins, making the process much simpler.
Most importantly, there’s no need to purchase the application for remote participants.

Remote phone control has been considerably enhanced by using the uaCSTA standard for cell phones.

3CX’s Click2Call extension for Google Chrome enables one-click dialing from popular CRM and Office 365 systems, without installing plugins.
The extension also enables users to dial easily from any web page.
