Time book for computer maintenance
The principle of the time book as an IT maintenance service for businesses is simple.
By purchasing batches of 10, 25, 50 or 100 hours of IT services in advance, you benefit from a 30% discount on the traditional rate and improved responsiveness for emergency interventions (guaranteed within the day).
These hours are valid for two years, and your balance of hours is carried forward at the end of the year. Whatever your service consumption, the hours book is the solution to ensure that your IT system receives quality service at a lower cost.
Please note that operating on a time-book basis does not give you priority over customers with managed service contracts.
