AVAYA Equinox: fixed-mobile convergence

The Avaya Equinox client for IP Office is a softphone application that provides access to Unified Communications (UC) services as well as Avaya services such as Equinox Meetings Online.
You can access Avaya Equinox from mobile platforms (cell phone, tablet or Avaya Vantage device, iOS, etc.) and desktop platforms (Mac & Windows).

With Avaya Equinox you can use the following features:

  • Make direct video and audio calls
  • Listen to your voice messages
  • Participate in (and organize) conference calls with Avaya Equinox Meetings Online
  • Use the direct conference control feature (you can also add participants to the conference)
  • Answer calls and forward all calls to voicemail
  • View your call history (hosted locally on your device)
  • Send instant messages using Avaya Spaces direct messaging service
  • Manage your presence status and presence status messages
  • Connect to your extension and answer and transfer calls on multiple devices if simultaneous mode is set (simultaneous mode can be used on SIP deskphones and on an H.323 deskphone)
