Wi-Fi access for customers
Some time ago, Infologo set up a Wi-Fi solution in a hotel to provide its guests and visitors with an Internet connection accessible via prior authentication.
Our partner IAC BOX was chosen to meet our customers’ requirements.
Thanks to the flexibility of IAC BOX, the hotel, airport, public place… can set up its network as it sees fit, in terms of price (or free), data volume and even authorizations.
Banking data security standard
The PCI DSS is a reference standard for the protection of credit card data.
The importance of this kind of standard within a hotel establishment is obvious, and therefore justifies its installation or enhancement within a company in the hotel sector.
That’s why we were fortunate enough to install this standard in a Geneva hotel, enabling it to guarantee its banking transactions and stand out in terms of customer security.
Integration of a TV solution for customers
With the evolution andinternationalization of the hotel business, customers’ needs in terms of televisions have changed.
Television and WiFi are now two of the most important pieces of equipment, and TV channels are increasingly international and varied.
To remain competitive, hotels need to adapt to this market and offer combined teleconcepts offering a multitude of new services.
