Avaya Pro Contact Store

Voicemail Pro can be used for both manual and automatic call recording.
Normally, these recordings are placed in the mailbox specified for the user or search group whose call is being recorded, and are then processed as normal messages.
Contact Store allows these records to be directed to a database on the Contact Store PC.
This can be a PC, the exchange’s management server or a Linux server.
This makes it possible to archive and search these records separately from user messages.
User access to Contact Store is via an Internet browser.
